Easy Plants are the ones which thrive in your garden with the least amount of care. Sometimes the biggest challenge is to like the Easy Plants. For me this happened with Agapanthas.

Here is a list of Easy Plant Characteristics, which I think are of the most supreme importance:

  • Grows well
  • Survives on its own (after established) without additional water or food
  • Is of no interest to bugs, animals or diseases
  • Tolerates your garden’s conditions, wind, sun/shade, and air (salt, traffic..)
  • Lives perpetually, or comes back year after year.

“The Best of” the Easy Plants, is like a second album. This list is a  subcategory of the fabulous Easy Plants which allow for easy propagation, which is fun, and saves money.  Also, when you propagate from cuttings you are creating a clone, so if you have a wonderfully successful plant in your garden, you can produce and grow more of it!
